All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, incorrect or out of stock.
If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us, within 15 days of the order date, with details of the product and defect.
Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
